    Following a Citizen TV story on Alex Kipkirui, who scored a B plain in Borborwet Secondary School despite living with a disability, the Open University of Kenya has offered him a full scholarship. University officials visited Kipkirui at his home in Borborwet Village to formally present the scholarship. The offer includes a brand-new laptop and one year of data. The team, led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Elijah Omwenga, pledged to cover all tuition fees and other academic requirements, ensuring Kipkirui can pursue his dream. He will now undertake a degree in Computer Science.
