There’s a standoff at Elsa Secondary School in Isiolo after the Board of Management and parents blocked Teacher Service Commission officials from handing over the school to it’s newly appointed principal. Area residents allege that the transfer of former principal John Bosco Akale was irregular and carried out without consultation, prompting them to demand his immediate reinstatement.
