Bombolulu residents protest over alleged land grabbing

Residents of Bombolulu Phase Two in Mombasa County have taken to the streets to protest the alleged grabbing of community land by a private developer. The residents warn that the construction of an unplanned perimeter wall near a wetland could worsen perennial flooding in the area. Residents lament that the erection of a perimeter wall near Ziwa la Ngombe wetland was done without consultation or public participation.
