Moses Ledama Sunkuli appointed the acting IEBC CEO

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC has appointed an insider to take charge of its secretariat on an interim basis. IEBC has named Moses Ledama Sunkuli as the Acting Chief Executive Officer for a period of six months. The appointment follows the exit of Marjan Hussein two days ago creating a leadership vacancy at the electoral body’s secretariat. Sunkuli, a long-serving official within the commission, is expected to oversee the day-to-day administration, implement commission resolutions, and support ongoing reforms during the transition period.
