ODM leaders says they will demand DP seat in UDA-ODM talks M

Orange Democratic Movement leaders insist that the deputy president's seat is a key part of negotiations with UDA on a 2027 coalition. A group of ODM leaders on saturday advancing the push by saying that the position should be reserved for a woman from ODM. Speaking in Kwale and Mombasa counties, the leaders took a swipe at the party's secretary general Edwin Sifuna, labeling him a traitor and accusing him of schemes aimed at weakening the Orange Party.
