Ruto, Sakaja push Nairobi River cleanup despite opposition protests

Despite the opposition, president William Ruto and Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, hit the road to popularise their new arrangement. The two inspected the construction of a new sewer line along the Nairobi river in lucky summer, in a bid to fast-track the cleanup of the Nairobi river, which is part of the four sectors listed in the deal.
