Chaos erupts as opposition rallies in Kisii, Matiang’i crowned Gusii elder

We begin the Bulletin from yet another ugly incident at a political rally where...Scores of nursing injuries following clashes between two youthful gangs in Keroka and Kisii Town, moments before the United Opposition held rallies at the two venues. The Opposition leaders, led by host Jubilee Party Deputy leader Fred Matiang’i, blamed State operatives and local political Leaders in Abagusii region affiliated to United Democratic Alliance for mobilizing goons to disrupt the meetings. The United Opposition, which finalized their Day One Rally at the Abagusii Stadium, pledged to remain United in their quest to make President William Ruto a One Term President.
