CS Chelugui defends the establishment of Hustler Fund
Cooperatives and Small Enterprises Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelugui, has defended the establishment of Hustler Fund saying it is anchored in law.
The CS gave an update on the fund uptake where by noon Thursday, January 5, 2023, a total of Sh13billion had been disbursed to Kenyans.
