Police in Kericho are holding two officials from the ministry of education, and one suspected accomplice in connection to the theft of government text books. Kericho East sub-county police commander Abdulkadir Maliche says the three were found in possession of 13 cartons containing 910 text books after a tip off from a member of the public. Maliche says the three will be arraigned on Monday.
