The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji now says he has no regrets over having withdrawn several criminal cases in recent months, some of them touching on powerful personalities in the William Ruto administration. Haji has blamed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations who presented him with evidence leading to his decision to charge, saying some of the DCI officers are currently under investigation for perjury. Haji says investigations into the KEMSA scandal are still underway and once concluded, several persons some of them in the Azimio coalition could be charged
