President William Ruto has told Kenyans living in the diaspora that they will be going forward to be able to access government services online from their locations across the world. The president, while addressing Kenyans living in Rwanda this afternoon in Kigali, urged them to be good ambassadors of the country to attract direct foreign investments into the country. Ruto has said, in the last week, the government signed foreign investment deals worth USD 500 million during the American Chamber of Commerce conference including the construction of a modern vaccine factory in the country. The Head of State was in Rwanda for a two-day official state visit.
