Ushirikiano huo unahusisha ruzuku ya shilingi bilioni-2.7 kuwezesha shirika hilo kununua vifaa vya kisasa na pia kukuza nyenzo za kukabiliana na visa vya moto. Katika kipindi cha mwaka mmoja uliopita, visa 180 vya moto vimeripotiwa huku hekta-780 za misitu zikiharibiwa.
