The Head of State said the Sports and creative economy Plan is a flagship project of the government’s agenda to develop Sports and creative sectors. President Ruto also noted that this years WRC Safari Rally Kenya slated for 22-25th of this month in Naivasha will showcase Kenya as an iconic Sports Hub and rallying Nation.
