The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) and the Intersex Persons Implementation Coordination Committee (IPICC) now say once the Intersex Persons Bill 2023 is enacted into law it will help cure the identity crisis that befalls intersex persons in the country. The two entities held a public participation forum in Isiolo to seek views from the public regarding the bill that seeks to have Intersex persons recognized in law as a third gender marker.
