A Nairobi court has charged a businessman in connection with a Kshs 200 million land fraud. Joshua Kimaita Kirera is accused of conspiring with others, including a co-accused who is still at large, to defraud Pinnacle Business School of an 8.6-hectare piece of land in Kajiado. Prosecutors allege the group relied on falsified documents to fraudulently obtain ownership of the property. Kirera denied the charges, with the court set to give directions on his bail application on September 15th 2025.
