The Kenya Defense Forces is conducting a 12 day nationwide recruitment exercise across the country. Vice Chief of Defense Forces Lieutenant General Jonah Mwangi launching the start of the exercise pledged to ensure a free and fair process calling on eligible Kenyans to turn up for the exercise. He at the same time read the riot act to individuals keen on disrupting the process warning those found engaging in corruption will face the law.
