Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency CEO Samwel Oruma has been sent on a compulsory leave as investigative agencies continue their inquiry into the loss of 1.7 billion Kenyan shillings for the longisa mulot water project. The ceo is said to have okayed a change in specification for pipes to be used in the project, a move that would see a 2.5 percent save from the total cost of the project.
