President Ruto has again defended the housing levy which he says will spur employment in the country while improving Kenyans' lives by eradicating slums. while promising to transform Kibera slum into an estate in 10 years' time, the President announced that bilateral labour agreements with 12 countries are in the pipeline to create employment for the skilled, semi-skilled, and professionals.
