Government urged to expedite the establishment of the National Heroes Fund

The National Heroes Council is calling on the government to expedite the establishment of the National heroes Fund. The council says the fund will be essential in bestowing honour to the fallen fallen heroes and their dependants. In the meantime, the council has honoured post-humously three of Kenya’s heroes who led their communities in resisting the British rule and advancing public interest in post independence Kenya .
