Avocado and mango exporters on the spot over poor packaging

Avocado exporters have been put on the spot over packaging malpractices. according to the Agriculture Food Authority board chairman Cornelly Serem, countries such as China and Denmark have raised concerns over poor packaging of horticultural produce and the mixing of different produce in one package disguised as one type of produce. This is as the country is gearing towards expanding the export market through the signing of the EU, kenya economic partnership agreement between President William Ruto and the European Council president earlier today.
