Gem MP Elisha Odhiambo has released Ksh 1.2 million towards the full scholarship of 35 bright and needy students from his constituency. Speaking during the launch of the Gem scholarship programme for the year 2024 in Mutumbu, the MP revealed that each of the 35 students who got 360 marks and above in last year’s KCPE examinations, was awarded Ksh 35,000.
