Kenya’s Muiga Githinji skates 20km in Nyeri in World record attempt

    20-year-old Muiga Githinji is hopeful to become the new world record holder in back skating, after completing a 20km session in Nyeri on Friday morning. The record for the longest non-stop backward skating is held by indian national Venu Ramana, who skated 14 km in January 2022 in 1hour, 8 minutes, and 2 seconds. Muiga surpassed the 14km feat 1hr a minute, and 20 seconds.
