The Directorate of Criminal Investigations DCI has launched a probe into the circumstances that led to the helicopter crash that killed the Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces General Francis Ogolla alongside nine other military officers in Kaben, Elgeyo Marakwet county. This comes as witnesses of the fatal crash gave their accounts of the Thursday afternoon incident that left the entire country mourning the gallant officers. Members of the public working on a nearby farm were the first respondents to the scene of the accident.
