The government launches the NYOTA initiative aimed at addressing youth unemployment

The government has relaunched the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) initiative, a partnership between the Government of Kenya and the World Bank aimed at addressing youth unemployment in the country. Speaking in Kilifi town, at ACK Hall Principal Secretary for Youth Affairs, Fikirini Jacobs, said the program will provide skills training, job experience, and entrepreneurship support to over 800,000 youths nationwide.
