The Head of Public Service Felix Koskei has challenged scientists not to be mean but share their research findings with policy planners to help them incorporate the same to help find solutions to the many problems facing the country. Koskei noted that as long as researchers continue working in silos, their scientific works will remain alien to the policymakers who are supposed to implement their findings in solving critical problematic areas such as climate change.
