Residents of Ole Kasasi and Kandisi in Rongai Kajiado County are up in arms against the poor state of roads in their area. The residents claim they have been forced to contribute for the repair of the roads despite president William Ruto having launched the road upgrading programme. Only a section of the road has been repaired making it difficult for residents to commute easily. Area leaders have also been called out for making false promises over the project.
