    The Kenyan government has been ordered to pay the family of the late Pakistani Television Journalist Arshad Sharif 10 Million shillings as compensation following his murder by Police officers in 2022. Kajiado High Court Judge Stella Mutuku ruled on Monday that Sharif's murder was unconstitutional and that his rights to life and protection were violated.
