Kariuki accuses Gachagua of dividing Mount Kenya for political gain

Ndia Member of Parliament George Kariuki has launched a scathing attack on former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, accusing him of pretending to unite the Mount Kenya region while secretly dividing it for his political survival. Speaking on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, during the launch of the Gacharu-Kamina Road, Kariuki said Gachagua has turned into a bitter and directionless politician whose actions are causing disunity among leaders supporting President William Ruto’s administration.
