Performing and Audio-Visual Rights Society of Kenya wants the Music Copyright Society of Kenya probed over the alleged misappropriation of 56 million shillings meant for artistes. Speaking in Nairobi, the organization led by its board chair Edwardo Waigwa also sought a formal clarification from the Kenya Copyright Board on the presence of other Collective Management Organizations purportedly collecting royalties beyond those affiliated to PAVRISK.
