The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has undertaken an operation at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and arrested two senior Port Health officials who have been issuing Yellow Fever Vaccine Certificates to Foreigners arriving in Kenya without administering the vaccines and, in the process, soliciting and receiving bribes in return.
