A 12 year old boy in Kiambu is in urgent need of funds to undergo a life saving kidney transplant after he was diagnosed with end stage renal failure. The family of Jeremy Mbau who has been undergoing dialysis for four months say they have depleted the family resources and cannot afford to raise the five million shillings required for the life saving surgery.
