Civil society organizations under the Kenya Climate Change Working Group are calling on industrialized nations, which have reaped the benefits of the Industrial Revolution, to provide financial support to African countries to help them mitigate the impacts of climate change. John Kyuli the chairpers of the working group says there is need to incorporate technology in addressing climate change and facilitate the use of clean energy and that Africa should be assisted in building climate-smart agriculture in a bid to tackle food security challenges in Kenya.
