Military pallbearers prepare to receive the casket of Raila Odinga — ready for his final journey. His body spent the night at home, in keeping with Luo customs and tradition. Raila will be honored with a state burial, equal to that of a sitting or former Head of State. The procession will be led by the Anglican Church of Kenya and he will be laid to rest today at his home in Kang’o ka Jaramogi.
