Deputy President Kindiki: All stipends for Community Health Promoters (CHPs) shall be paid. Community Health Promoters shall be covered under the SHA Insurance Cover, co-financed by the two levels of government on a 50–50 basis.
The Ministry of Health, PSC, CoG, and the National Treasury shall develop a framework for the transition of Universal Health Care staff to permanent and pensionable terms.
