Chair, Council of Governors, Ahmed Abdullahi: We have had a cordial meeting between the two levels of government. Many changes will follow. The Summit has resolved that the CS for Treasury will release the gross payroll costs on the 2nd or 3rd of each month. All counties will have the money to meet their payroll obligations, and we will remit all statutory deductions, including SHA costs for staff in the counties.
