2 people killed, others critically injured in Zambezi road accident

Two people have died and others critically injured in a road accident involving a 14 seater matatu and a trailer at Zambezi area along Nakuru- Nairobi highway on Monday. According to one of the passengers , the driver of the matatu was trying to evade the oncoming trailer which was moving at high speed, before swerving to the side of the road. Those injured were rushed to Thogoto Mission hospital while the bodies of the deceased are at the facility’s mortuary awaiting post mortem and identification.
