At least 3,150 youth in Kisii County are set to benefit from the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) programme. Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Stephen Isaboke, who presided over the sensitization program urged young people to enrol as a pathway to economic empowerment.
