Constant bickering and contestation after every general election has inhibited immediate service delivery to the people after every electioneering period. This is according to Bondo MP Gideon Ochanda. Speaking in Kisumu, Ochanda, who has since broken ranks with his party ODM to work with the government says the country spends time and resources finding a common ground for all players after each poll making it difficult for the elected government to kick-start its development agenda.
