Adult Kenyans have been urged to enroll in education programs to avoid being left behind in the digital era, with Kwale County singled out as one of the counties hardest hit by illiteracy. According to the State Department of Social Protection and Senior Citizens, there are currently 2,236 learners enrolled in adult education centers in Kwale County.
