Anthony Njoroge family caught in SHA fraud, body held two months

A family in Nairobi has been unable to bury their kin for two months as the body is being detained at Mbagathi Hospital mortuary over suspected fraud. The Hospital claims that the SHA records used in the attempted fraud is that of the deceased brother, who is still alive. As Ode Francis reports, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale wants those found colluding to defraud SHA prosecuted.
