    A groundbreaking study by King’s College London and the University of Oxford has ranked the side effects of different antidepressants for the first time, showing major differences in how they affect patients’ physical health. The research, published in the Lancet Medical Journal, found that some antidepressants could cause patients to gain up to 2 kilograms in weight or alter heart rate by as much as 21 beats per minute within the first eight weeks of treatment.
