Body of a man with a severed hand found floating in the river Ruchu

Residents of Ngoe Village in Kandara, Murang’a County, were left in shock after discovering the body of an unidentified man with a severed right hand floating in River Ruchu on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The gruesome discovery was made around noon by a passerby heading to the nearby Kahiga Village, who quickly alerted other villagers and local authorities.
