Breaking: Former Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno has died

Former Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno has passed away at his home in Kileleshwa, Nairobi, at the age of 80. The family is yet to issue a formal statement. Dalmas Otieno is remembered for his long service in politics, Cabinet Minister, a key figure in Kenyas governance and also as a powerful and fluent orator. Dalmas has been in the civil service for 35 years, with his last role serving as Vice-Chairperson at the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
