The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has fined the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) KSh 6.5 million for multiple safety and security breaches during the CHAN qualifier between Kenya and Morocco. Kenya also risks losing the right to host the remaining Harambee Stars fixtures if similar violations occur, with CAF warning that further lapses could force matches to be relocated. In response, the local organising committee (LOC) has announced corrective measures, including designated fan watch zones for supporters without match-day tickets, to ensure full compliance with CAF rules.
