CCTV footage shows Festus Oromo in scuffle before mysterious fall from 14th floor

Festus Oromo, the man who fell from a 14th-floor apartment to his death in Kilimani estate, was engaged in a scuffle with one of the suspects shortly before he fell to his death. An ongoing investigation by DCI detectives has unearthed CCTV footage showing Oromo's last movements.
