Irungu Nyakera, a former Devolution Principal Secretary, claims his hotel in Kisumu has suffered losses of about Sh50 million over the past two months following alleged vandalism and an ongoing property dispute. CCTV footage reportedly shows suspected goons breaking into the premises and stealing property during the incident.
