Former Sports Principal Secretary Peter Kirimi Kaberia and 5 others, have pleaded not guilty to charges of misappropriation of 330 million shillings meant for procurement of supplies during the CHAN 2018 competition. The accused persons who were arraigned at Milimani Anti-corruption court Tuesday are facing charges including conspiracy to commit an economic crime, unlawful acquisition of public property, and abuse of office.
