The church, has sustained it’s condemnation of verbal attacks by leaders in government and those in the opposition, calling for an end to the escalating public exchange of insults. Nairobi Archdiocese Archbishop Philip Anyolo and his Nyeri Counterpart Anthony Muheria led the catholic church in calling out the continued display of what they termed as shameful show of might from the country’s political leadership as they address each other, warning that the trend risked plunging the country into chaos.
