CJ Martha Koome: Judiciary is an impartial arbiter, we are not silent

Chief Justice Martha Koome has challenged the newly admitted advocates to use their fresh knowledge and skills at this pivotal moment when Kenya is navigating a historic moment where there is a public discourse brought about by the "Gen Z." The President of the Supreme Court reaffirmed that courts will remain ready and open to hear and expeditiously determine all cases, especially those presented in connection to the ongoing unrest. As Ruth Wamboi reports, the ceremony which had been postponed to 5th August 2024 had to be done today after the new Advocates petitioned the Chief Justice.
