The Anti-Terrorism Court in Kahawa has delivered a major relief to Manyatta MP Gitonga Mukunji, a Royal Media journalist, and a boda boda rider after dismissing a bid by the prosecution to prolong their detention. The trio had been arrested during the June 25th Saba Saba protests and accused of links to unrest, but nearly two months later, investigators failed to press any charges.
